We stand at the turning of the tide. Upon the inner levels of earth an Avatar of the Christ, a World Saviour has birthed. The outer manifestation of this mighty Cosmic event begins to manifest more profoundly in the coming weeks, months and years ahead when the governing planet of the Age of Aquarius, Uranus enters Pisces on Tuesday 11th March 2003. During the remainder of 2003 Uranus retrogrades briefly back into Aquarius on the 17th September and then continues it's forward movement on the 8th November, re-entering Pisces on the 31st December 2003. Uranus will then stay in Pisces for the next 8 years, until January 2012. This chart has been cast for the exact entry of Uranus into Pisces at Greenwich Mean Time at midnight. The location used is the South Pole, in keeping with the Solar Eclipse chart overleaf. However, astrologers may prefer to cast the chart for different locations around the planet to gain deeper understanding of its impact on specific cities and nations. As members of the human family we are called to respond to the best and highest within us, to liberate ourselves of our old forms and to ascend to a new vibration of love. The first Solar Eclipse of the 21st century holds within it many keys to help us in our understanding of the changes inherent in the Transition from the Piscean Age to the Aquarian Age. This Eclipse which occurred in close proximity to the Magnetic South Pole has been used in this article as a map to help all of humanity move forward. In order to birth a new consciousness humanity needs to understand that they are led forward by those of greater Light. The Way forward is through the Heart of the Christ. His task is to walk with us. He leads the Way, we follow. He calls us onwards, we respond. He Wills to Love, He is the Will and the Love of God. He is none other than the Lord of Love. As we move forward into the New Day of His coming, we remember Him from times gone by. He has always and forever walked with humanity, He is our Wayshower. He has always and forever forgiven humanity, He is our salve. He will always and forever walk with us into our future, into His Golden Age, to which we are all invited. Together we will and must rebirth our hearts and minds into a new vibration. This new vibration is one of hope and courage, of peaceful solutions and courageous victories. We take with us all that is fine and good and wholesome from the last 2,000 years and we move forward with trust in our hearts and an eager step to the new lands, the new horizons. Together we can achieve a great deal. On our own we are helpless to stem the tides of hatred which threaten to overturn this planet. Together we form a network, a coalition of the heart; a coalition of goodwill; a coalition of peace. Together we seek the way into the light of the New Day which is dawning upon our planet. Together we trust in the higher purpose of this transformation. Together we pass through the portals of Initiation into the light of our soul and Spirit. We are all faced with the death of the old at some stage in our lives. As we cross over into the emerging Age of the Heart we are confronted individually and collectively with death in a very personal way. For some people it will be the death of loved ones; for others it will be the death of an ideal; for yet others it will be the death of an institutionalised way of living. If we can allow it this death/Transition will liberate us from our fears. Liberate us from our failings and liberate us from our past, opening up a pathway of hope, a pathway of joy before us. Because of the nature of life in the physical realms, many people fear death and all that it represents. For some it represents an endless cavern of loss; for others it is a doorway into new levels of awareness. Whatever death means to us, we can be sure that we are, each and every one of us, experiencing the death of a part of our old selves in order to make way for the rebirth of our higher selves. Transition by its very nature requires that we trust. By its very nature, it requires that we examine our relationship with the Divine. By its very nature Transition leads us forward into the light of the New Day. If we are able to find within our hearts and minds that part of us which is willing to die and surrender it to the Christ, then we align ourselves to this vibration of Transition. The transition into new levels of consciousness, only comes about with the complete renunciation of aspects of ourselves which we have outgrown; aspects of ourselves which are no longer useful and are in effect blocking our way forward. If we truly wish to ascend into the light of our soul and Spirit then we need to fully face our fears, controls, insecurities around death/Transition. When we face these aspects of ourselves they begin to dissolve in the light of hope and trust; the light of new joy and unending love. This is the promise of the birth of the New Day which awaits all those who are willing to sacrifice a part of themselves for the greater good. Such a sacrifice requires a willing renunciation of all that is no longer useful in our daily lives; all that is no longer useful in our relationships; all that is no longer useful in our families, our communities and upon our earth. If as a species we can find the Will to Love and the Will to face our fear of death, then we must triumph. Spirit always triumphs over matter. Life everlasting lived in the light of soul and Spirit is eternally invincible in the face of death and decay. All around us that which is outworn, outmoded is slowly dying. Let us therefore celebrate this transformation and turn our faces to the light of the New Day which is dawning upon the eastern horizon. This dawning light is the Light of the Christ, the Light of His Heart which will carry all of His Children of the Heart forward into the New Day. So let us join the Christ in celebrating the end of the old. Let us join the Christ and the Divine Mothers of the Earth as we celebrate the birth of the new. Let us become a part of this new emerging consciousness of hope, love and peace. Let us begin today.

The Precious Nature of Resources

All over the earth, Nature is crying out for balance. In some parts of the earth we lack water, in other regions floods devastate. In some countries fire rages unabated; in other lands the ice threatens to overtake entire continents. The earth is suffering, just as we are suffering. Together we need to find balance. Together we need to find respect for the earth and her precious resources. We exist upon our earth as caretakers of the sea, the land and air. We are the guardians of her Spirit, and if we wish to live in balance upon this precious planet then we need to immediately reduce the toxins and pollutions which threatens us with such grave destabilisation that extinction and lack overtakes on all sides. As Earth rebirths, the precious resources of water and air will become increasingly polluted or difficult to access. In days gone by indigenous people knew how to maintain the balance upon the earth. We must look again to the indigenous people to teach us the old ways of respect and survival. Again, we must remember the prayers for purification of water; the use of fire to cleanse and purify toxins from the very soil. Many wisdom teachings associated with our survival as a species exist in our annals. Look to the indigenous peoples of the earth to find the way forward. Respect the Mother, walk gently upon her countenance. Call for the aid of the Father, let the Heavens open up with life giving rains. Earth cries for Her rebirth. Join us in the salvation of the natural resources. Share and purify. Respect and distribute. Gather and harvest. Remember the old ways. Abandon the ways of desecration. To live and breathe upon the earth is to use her resources. We must respect her forests, her minerals, her oceans, her mountains. Let us call the Devas of Earth, Fire, Air and Water to come to our aid. Let us replenish earth in areas where She suffers. Let us dedicate ourselves to the wise cultivation and distribution of her produce. Let us remember the balance, the seasons, the principles of sharing. In this way we will be led to the supplies of fresh water; food will grow under miraculous conditions; toxins will be purified rapidly and replaced with vibrant prana. The cultivation of the earth for the Children of the Heart will prosper. The desecration of the earth by all others will reap disastrous rewards. Seek to heal, to resurrect, to share her bounty.

In today's world the children suffer. Many children have been robbed of their basic rights of food, shelter, protection and family belonging. To these children we send our heartfelt prayers. To these children the Mothers of the Earth attend. To these children their very survival is so tenuous that all opportunities for education are beyond their reach. For all other children, the future of our earth, rests in their young hands and hearts. To these children we give the best of ourselves, the best of our hearts and minds. To these children we extend ourselves in loving kindness that suffering may cease to end. We have a duty of care to all children, irrespective of creed or race, to give them hope. Hope for a better future, hope that we can as a species live together in peace. Hope that as individuals, families and nations we can find the way forward into the light of the new civilisation based upon respect. In order to convey this respect we need to educate the younger generation regarding the power of love; the power of creative thinking and the power of joy and hope. In this way we lay a pathway of golden Light before their feet. In this way we entrust the earth and all that lives and breathes upon it to the new children of the Earth.

In so doing we place ourselves and our faith and our trust in them, for they are the Lightbearers of the future. They are the young minds and eager hearts who will resurrect the best of humanity into the new civilisation. By placing our faith and trust in them we demonstrate our allegiance to the Christ. They are the new hope, the new hearts and minds. Into their hearts and minds we place our faith that it may be restored. We place our faith that they may shine the light and lead humanity out of the darkness into the glorious light of Maitreya's new civilisation.

Keys of Goodwill and Charity

All World Teachers bring the message of goodwill and charity to others. They are two of the keys which unlock the heart and thus elevate our consciousness. To what do we refer when we speak of goodwill and charity? Many people are able to find goodwill for their friends, families and even their neighbours. This is well and good and yet it is not enough. The development of acts of goodwill and charity is needed not only for those in whom we have already placed our faith and trust, but more importantly for those strangers and even enemies of our hearts and minds. If we could find the courage to give to those whom we most fear, then such acts of courageous goodwill and charity would have the effect of rapidly dissolving the karmic conditions inherent in many nations and races. It is this imbedded hatred - black against white; Christian against Muslim - which most needs the transmuting light of goodwill and charity. In this day and age we see the enactment of acts of aggression and war occurring simultaneously with acts of great charity, forgiveness and goodwill. If we could find in our hearts and minds the courage to forgive one enemy, one transgressor of our heart the world would be a better place. What if ten people were to actively seek to release and forgive and demonstrate this forgiveness through acts of charity and goodwill to their former enemies. Why we would see great light descend within their auras. What if ten thousand people were to stand together and pray for the forgiveness of their enemies and act sincerely to rectify the damage they had done. Why we would see the lifting of racial karma. What if the leaders of the world could unite in prayers for peace and forgiveness and follow this through with gifts of goodwill and charity, why the planet would begin to vibrate with the energy of peace. So this is the goal - to identify the people in our lives with whom we feel most aggrieved and to sincerely pray that forgiveness penetrate these relationships. If each and every one of us who seeks to serve the Christ were to utilise such a key peace would descend like a blanket of hope all around our earth. Peace would descend like a blanket of purity all around our hearts. Peace would descend like a rainbow of salvation and lift us towards the light of Spirit.

The role of the ordinary people during Transition

The average person who seeks the government to set things straight, fails to realise that they too are at cause in the challenges which are affecting everyone on earth in the 21st century. These people look for someone to guide them, someone to lead them out of their fears; to put to rights the wrongs of the world. These people form part of the mass consciousness and it is with this mass consciousness that Hierarchy struggles to shed Light. It is this mass consciousness of unthinking ignorance which holds the balance thus far on the planet. For these people the way forward is through education, through the willingness to look at a situation differently, to look at their own shortcomings in the light of potential areas for change. In order to begin to look at life in this way many of these people will need to be dramatically awakened, be it through fire, famine, flood, drought or war. This is the way that the unthinking masses evolve rapidly. Given the nature of the precipitous Transition upon us, let us all make an effort to take the time to speak with courage of the willingness needed to instigate change within oneself, without waiting for the permission or indeed the direction of authority figures. In this way if we can support a willingness to make change in others, so helping to bring about balance within this group. Failing that we wait dispassionately for the life circumstances to unseat the individuals concerned. When this happens these ordinary, decent people will seek help, answers and healing. It is then that we will be in a position of vital importance to encourage their transition. Up until such a galvanising point we may well be helpless to support their transition. However the most unexpected changes can occur in the most unexpected quarters, so never ever limit a person through your assessment or judgement of them. We all have within us the capacity for unprecedented change. We all have within us the capacity for loving-kindness. We all have within us the capacity for expanding our hearts and minds and many of the ordinary, previously unthinking peoples of the world are currently being galvanised to action by the forces which threaten to overtake the planet. Wait patiently until you are in a position to help and then support, encourage and embrace your fellow humans as they leap the mighty chasm, into the Fire of the unknown.

The role of the aspirants during Transition

This mighty body of well-meaning seekers are instrumental in the process of leverage which is occurring all over the earth. Those aspirants who seek to live within the aura of the Christ have to make strenuous efforts to purify themselves, their hearts, minds and bodies in order that they begin to vibrate with the new frequency of love. To be an aspirant of the Christ is to stand revealed in all one's flaws and yet refuse to look away or to give way. This standing in the Light of the Christ, willing to examine ones heart and mind is an essential quality to be developed. Through such a courageous stand the Christ recognises the purity and devotion of their hearts. To aspire to glory, or fame, or fortune in the name of the Christ is to fall from His Light. To aspire to live and breathe in the energy of love is to come closer to the Lord of Love. If we truly wish to live in His light we must renounce the aspects of our shadow which bind us to ignorance, hatred and apathy thus binding us to the past. Through education and purification the aspirants of the world will take a mighty leap forward. They are the ones who stand upon the edge. They are the ones who seek and fail; seek and fail; seek and must succeed. That is the Law. To them the Christ extends His Heart and His eternal Love. To them the Christ holds out the joy of reunion and belonging. To them the Christ offers hope through rebirth. He calls them to His side.

The role of the disciples during Transition

To His disciples the Christ gives specific tasks. Tasks of healing, educating, rallying, releasing, renewing and invigorating. The task depends upon the relationship between the Christ and His disciple. Are you ready for His instructions? Are you listening for His call? Are you willing and able to release your fears and attachments and follow Him? The disciples of the Christ have received many incarnations of training to prepare Them for this rebirth of consciousness. Many of these disciples feel that they have failed in the past and so find themselves unwilling or unable to step forward. To these disciples, the Lord Maitreya extends His Hand. To these disciples the Lord Maitreya extends His Heart. To these disciples the Lord Maitreya extends His Faith. Let His faith, His Heart and His Hand be enough that you will release yourself from suffering and failure of old and follow Him. The call has gone forth loud and clear. The call to rally at the feet of the Lord of Love. Are you ready, are you willing, will you dare for the Christ? Will you stand up for the Christ? Stand up now! Those disciples who respond are the eyes and the ears of the Christ. Those disciples who respond are the hearts and the hands of the Christ. Those disciples who respond are the means by which the foundations of His new society will be built. Those disciples who fail to respond cast themselves away from His heart.

The role of the initiates during Transition

The Initiates of the world stand as Beacons of Light. They stand immovable, embedded in the Earth, embedded in the Heart of the Lord of Love. They stand for all eternity with the Christ. They form the Guardian Wall which protects the Children of the Heart from greater evil. They stand immovable, heartfelt, sincere and courageous, despite adversities, challenges, even threats to their lives. They stand immovable, heartfelt, sincere and courageous despite the collapse or loss of others. They stand immovable, heartfelt, sincere and courageous to the very end. They are the rallying point. They call, they teach, they heal, they guide, they instruct, they resurrect for the Christ. They are His Blood, His Christed Blood that all who suffer will find release. They are His Bread and His Wine, and through Them all those who seek relief find communion.

They appear in all manifestations in all countries, in all creeds and races. They are His Lightbearers, victorious warriors of the Christ. They stand.

The Awakening of Christ consciousness and Buddha nature all sacred planets

Such an awakening is currently occurring all around the planet. This awakening of the Heart and Mind of the Christ/Buddha principle is within the grasp of millions of people worldwide. In order to make this opportunity an actuality people need to sincerely wish to change. They need to sincerely wish to live a better life, to share, to extend themselves, to love and to forgive. The heart and mind of the Christ/Buddha consciousness which exists in seed form in our very cells awaits the vibration of love to release it. It is this vibration of love which elevates the heart and extends the mind. Those who seek the enlightenment of the Buddha for themselves alone need to realise that enlightenment is not attainable when the motivation is self-serving. Therefore to seek the love of the Christ/Buddha is to seek and serve the hearts and minds of others. To seek in this way is to be willing to renounce ones limitations, one's value judgements, one's sectarian policies. To seek in this way is to live in a limitless fashion. It is not possible to seek the heart and mind of Christ/Buddha whilst existing within a prison of limiting ideologies or self-serving principles which exclude others from your arena. To truly seek the awakening of the heart and mind is to forget the self and serve others. This is the way forward.

What part does refusal play in the elevation of consciousness? To what are we called to refuse? There are many aspects of our shadow self which seek to take control of our waking thoughts and feelings. On many occasions in an ordinary day we are tempted to stray from the path of higher consciousness. In order to honour the allegiances of our hearts and minds we need to recognise the fact that giving way to an evil or negative thought opens the door for more evil or negative thoughts. Giving way to evil or negative actions opens the door to more evil or negative actions. In this way through a conscious realisation of the need to shut such doors which exist within our minds and emotions, we refuse to allow our shadow selves to take control. This refusal is of vital importance in the process of spiritual awakening. Many well meaning aspirants and disciples fail to understand the need for refusal and so sink into their shadow selves at times of stress and challenge. Now is just such a time of challenge. Look about you, where are you tempted to leave the path? Look about you, where are you tempted to satiate the personal self at the expense of your greater consciousness, or at another's expense. Look about you, where are you most challenged at the moment? This is the area to redouble your vigilance. In our weak and vulnerable areas and during weak and vulnerable times in our lives, we fail to stand firm in our refusal. It is this standing firm, this refusal which strengthens our capacity to hold the light of our souls. It is this refusal which is so critical at this point in the evolution of humanity. It is NOW that we need to stand firm, refusing the shadow within and thus honouring the light of our soul.

We stand victorious. We stand for the Christ. We are His Brothers and Sisters in Soul and Spirit. We protect, honour and inspire in His name. We watch, We wait, We observe humanities choices. We influence, We instigate, We interpenetrate matter.

We are His Holy Host, His Lightbearers from afar. We serve humanity. We grieve for the harm which occurs in His name. We are Justice. We are Liberty. We are Freedom. In His name, We advance. In His name, We resurrect. In His name, We suffer. In His name, We elevate. We lead the way forward. We are the Way. We breathe His Love, His Hope, His Compassion into the hearts and minds of all people all over the earth. We enfold humanity within ourselves. We exist to serve.

To follow in His footsteps; to follow in the footsteps of the Lord of Love is to ascend into His world. The Way forward is one of hope, charity and goodwill; one of victory, community and honouring each other and the earth. It is the Way of the Heart. None may enter upon this Way who seek to harm the Christ. None may enter upon this Way who seek to harm others. This is the Way, the Truth and the Light of which Lord Jesus spoke. He, together with His Brothers and Sisters of the Spiritual Hierarchy of Earth, has paved this Way with Their Hearts, Their Sacrifices, Their Love that we may find the Way Home. To enter this Way is to find peace. To enter this Way is to belong, to share, to heal and to begin again. To enter this Way is to resurrect the shadow within. This is the Way of the Heart which leads to the Heart of the Christ, the Heart of the Lord Maitreya, Who has become the Golden Heart of Earth. The Buddha Maitreya awaits you in His world, within His heart. For all those who seek the Way Forward - dare to belong, dare to stand up, dare to speak out, dare to serve, to heal, to unify in His name. In His name this Earth ascends. In His name this Earth resurrects. In His name this earth spins on its axis. In His name the Way Forward appears. By whatever name you know Him come to Him now - the Lord of Love, calls you now.

Conclusion

Patterns of perfection exist within the hologram of life. It is up to us to align ourselves to the patterns of perfection within ourselves and in so doing align to the Heart of the Universe. It is through this Heart that we will be reborn, transformed, transmuted and transfigured. It is through this Heart that the promise of a Golden Age for the humanity upon the earth will be upheld. It is through this Heart that goodness pervades our world. By alignment with the Heart of Goodness we bypass the patterns of dysfunction within ourselves and the collective psyche of humanity. We, humanity, are in a state of accelerated re-programming on an individual and collective level. If we wish to live in harmony, peace and love let us align to the patterns of perfection within ourselves and others. These pathways of perfection will lead us Home.

As we place our faith in the Spiritual Hierarchy of Earth, so we place our faith in ourselves as souls. It is through this faith and alignment that we are able to heal ourselves and others. It is through this faith and alignment that we remember hope and so manifest peace. Through faith, hope and charity we bind ourselves to all that is eternal. Through faith, hope and charity we honour our connections to our beloved Earth, to the animals, to our fellow humans and to our Spiritual Protectors. When we find the courage to translate this faith, hope and charity into action then we stand in the light of our souls. This is the task ahead, the way forward. We stand revealed, linking Heaven and Earth, honouring our sacred stewardship of the Earth, sure in the reality of the inner spiritual realms. Thus we span the bridge between the inner and the outer worlds, becoming the Path of Hope for those who follow. Through our courage in the face of death, we come to realise ourselves as incarnating souls. In so doing we pioneer the new civilisation based upon the heart. Joy becomes our keynote and the new keynote of Earth.
