The Guide Administration System is a computer software package designed specifically for use by Leaders of Guides. The system is intended to computerise much of the manual paper-work required to be maintained by leaders and to assist with regular paperwork related tasks.
The program is divided into several sections:
 Membership  Leaders  Finances
 Camps  Badges  Activities
 Awards and Traditional Progress
There is also a section to maintain the progress a Guide is making on her Junior BP, BP and Queens Guide Awards. Primarily, the Guide herself keeps all the detailed information, but the Guide Administration System software allows you to keep track of which clauses have been completed, and to print reports to help maintain her status.
District Leaders
In addition to the all the standard features provided for maintaining the records of your own unit (if appropriate), a special District Leader version is also available. This special version allows for the maintenance of details concerning the girls and leaders in the district and the various camps held. There are several reports available that will print details grouped by unit.
