The Grampian Model Railroaders
Inc was formed in 1996 and has over 40 members. The club has a Four
layouts... 1. 7.2 metres x 3.3 metres which is under construction, incorporating a large station, engine terminal, goods yard with branch line and industries. The branch line has dual gauge station with a narrow gauge spur line supplying it with timber and stone.
2. Mt Ash - On30 - This layout depicts a logging tramway in a typical Australian bush setting. The layout is point-to-point, and has a Port, engine shed, a township scene, forest scene, and sawmill. Mt Ash was featured in the Magazine Issue 248 in October 2004.
