Organic Therapeutic Facials

Using traditional techniques and our locally produced natural and organic products, we will cleanse, refine and restore your face to its natural harmony. This treatment includes cleanser, toner, sugar scrub exfoliation, hydration mist, mud mask, booster gel, moisturiser, eye gel and lip balm. It also includes a face, scalp, neck & shoulders massage. And whilst your mask is drying we will kindly offer to massage either your feet or your hands.

Salt Scrub

After applying oil to the body, the practitioner will sprinkle salt over the body, and massage in small sweeping movements. The salt will be washed off with steaming hot towels, and dried with a hot towel buffer. A body lotion will finish this treatment, leaving you with a silky feel all over.

Coco Butter & Cocoon Wrap

Preparing the body with a natural body brush exfoliation & a hot towel buffer, before applying our sensuous Coco Butter body mask, wrapping you in a thermal cocoon. Whilst in the cocoon we will give you a complete head, scalp and face massage (with or without essential oils)

Foot Treatments

This involves total indulgence for the feet. Enjoy a foot spa, an aromatic foot scrub followed by a foot massage. All products used are high quality In Essence Aromatherapy products.

Manicure

A great treat for the hands and nails, this treatment includes cuticles / filing and the choice of several nail colours as well as a hand massage with exfoliation and a moisture treatment.

Pedicure

Time to pamper the feet! This treatment can include aromatherapy foot spa, foot scrub and moisturises, cuticle & nail filing, foot massage and a choice of nail polish.

Crystal Therapy

Crystals and gemstones are cherished items of beauty and magic which vibrate at certain frequencies. By having them near us, our own frequencies begin to resonate to that of the stones. The laying of stones on and around the body's energy centres serves to: stabilise erratic emotions; soothe troubled minds; and heal body imbalances.

(Can be combined with shiatsu or massage for a powerful combination of body work and healing).

Cellulite treatment

Using a variety of massage techniques and the use of aromatherapy oils the treatment encourages the break down of cellulite, stimulating the blood and lymph flow for the fast removal of toxins from the body.

Dry Body Exfoliation

This dry treatment regenerates and rejuvenates the body by increasing blood flow and expelling dead skin. This excellent therapy is used in conjunction with a body treatment.

Bowen Therapy

Bowen is a powerful & simple therapy effective in the release of tension & pain. It relaxes & resets the body to heal itself. Bowen is a series of specific, gentle, rolling moves across tendons, muscles & fascia throughout the body. A light touch is used without oil & may be performed through loose clothing, safe for people of all ages. Bowen also balances & stimulates energy flow facilitating lymphatic drainage of toxins & wastes, promotes good circulation, releases tension and increases mobility.

Cupping

This traditional Chinese treatment uses suction cups to relieve tight and sore muscles on the neck, shoulders and back. It aids blood circulation and removes excessive energy, (heat and cold). It can also be used to relieve or prevent the symptoms of a cold. (Not to be used at the onset of menstruation or extremely weak conditions.)
