Fr Terence  McKenna   

Fr Terence McKenna is a retired academic and priest in Australia, and a member of the Order of Preachers (OP)

He is licensed as a priest in the Diocese of Ballarat, and is President of the Ballarat Council of Churches.

His University studies have included Semitic Languages, Theology and Law, holding the degrees of M.A. (Dublin & Oxford) Dip Law. D.D.  having studied at the University of Dublin,  University of Oxford, and Southern Cross University Australia.

He has taught Biblical Studies at a number of universities, and is a member of the Society for Old Testament Studies (SOTS)

His major essay on the subject of Blasphemy 'Treason against God: some aspects of the law relating to Blasphemy' has been published in the Southern Cross University Law Review October 2001 vol 5.  It is available at no charge in .pdf form by emailing your request to tmckenna@netconnect.com.au

His critical reviews are within the area of Australian law, Australian literature, public law, biblical studies, and theology.
